Dear MEL School's Topic Readers,North Korea faces worst drought in 50 years; South says aid unlikely.
Knowing what is going to happen to its 24 million people, who are always hungry and struggling to live, the country, neighboring countries and the world don't seem to work together to help them.
Draught is no less severe than other disasters such as earthquake or tsunami but no international aids seem to be provided. Very difficult situation to understand.
