UK experiences 'weirdest' weather.
Many of you probably know that it rains a lot, or at least
often, in England as photos and videos showing people carrying umbrellas in
London even on a dry day. They seem to have a weird weather conditions
recently, making meteorologists and hydrologists, scientists working on the
movement, distribution, and quality of water including the hydrologic cycle,
water resources and environmental watershed sustainability.
