Topic Reading-Vol.207-11/4/2012

Europe's oldest prehistoric town unearthed in Bulgaria.
It’s hard to believe that prehistoric people fortified their town, but not for their habitat but for salt, which seemed to be more valuable than any other in those days because it was used to preserve meat.
It seems pretty exciting to discover something that was produced or used over five thousand years ago and try to figure out how people lived and used things in those days.
Enjoy reading and learning another historical discovery of a prehistoric town in Europe.
