Dear MEL School’s Topic Readers,
It’s hardly believable that the world largest country in
terms of its population and the amount of CO2 emission doesn’t have any law or
clear rules to select its leaders. Furthermore, those prospective candidates
don’t appear to run an election campaign like the States to win the seat but try
to look harmless and obedient enough to be picked and endorsed by the retiring and
retired leaders.
