North Korea embraces 3G service.
Now they’ve got fast Internet connection service but not
been allowed to connect to the Internet. Then why 3G? There may be a handful of people
who have gotten access the Internet for special purposes or benefits whose
identities or usage will never be disclosed. It’s also surprising to learn that
there are as many as one million 3G subscribers in the very-tightly-closed
country where many are struggling to get enough food.
