unlock its solar potential?
To make use of what there is and use it
well seem to be the most efficient and economical way to generate and provide
enough power to meet the growing needs especially in the continent where huge
increase in population is expected for the next few decades. And more
importantly, the source of energy has to be something that is not creating
environmentally harmful emissions like fossil fuels but renewable.
In Africa, they’ve got a lot of sunshine
and huge land space to set solar panels to generate enough power for the
growing needs, which accounts only a few percentage points or less of their
total power supply now.
