Half of fresh
graduates get job or become entrepreneurs
12 million new
graduates from universities and vocational schools. That still is a significant
number of job seekers even for China whose population is over 1.3 billion.
The question
is if there are enough jobs for those new graduates.
Not really. There
is always mismatch between potential employers and employees. Even though the
nation’s economy is expected to grow over several percentage points, there is always
a gap between what those young graduates want to do and what kinds of talents employers
want to hire.
